How we can help…
  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries or prefer not to have hands on touch, please do get in touch before class so our teachers are aware and can help give you the best Calm & Cool experience possible.
  • If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, we advise  to only participate in our Preparing for Motherhood, Reiki, Restorative and Yoga Nidra classes. Our teachers are fully qualified and knowledgeable to guide you through your practice. You can attend our Sound Journey classes but we advise after the first trimester. If you have attended these  and any other modalities during your pregnancy and want to attend these practices at our studio, please be advised this is at your own discretion.
  • We understand that it can be daunting trying out something new. But there is no need to worry. We have all started off as first timers. You can come into the studio before signing up to see the space, meet with our teachers and ask any questions you may have about our classes. We want you to feel relaxed and enjoy the Calm & Cool experience.
