On placing an order on our Website Shopping Cart, you will see our UK Country Taxes and Delivery Charges.
Please note, that for now, we only deliver to the UK.
Upon completion of your personal and card payment details, you can now complete your order on our Online Shop.
You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped. If you are picking up your order from the studio, please e-mail
firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then arrange a pickup time.
Our Returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you made your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The items being returned, must be in the same condition that you received them and must be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please e-mail email@example.com with your Order Number and Order Date prior to returning the goods.
We will then e-mail you a returns form for you to complete and send back with the returned goods.
Upon return and providing the goods are in same condition as when originally sent, a full refund will be processed.
We will then send you an email to approve or reject.
When return has been approved, it may take a few days for payment to reach your bank account.
